Junior Front-End Developer/Technical Support


Cybba is looking for a qualified Junior Front-End Developer/Technical Support to join our growing Boston team. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level developer to get their foot in the door of an exciting new start-up. This role will involve website design and maintenance, troubleshooting implementation issues, and some direct client support.



  • Assist in developing and maintaining website elements by executing design and maintaining high design/production quality
  • Maintain site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards
  • Maintain high design/production quality; ensuring that site content is consistent
  • This position is not a single contributor position and requires extensive team work and team trainings, WebEx and other video conferencing services, client meetings and online presentations, etc.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues regarding JavaScript implementation and configuration



  • Proficiency with web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, FTP, etc.
  • Knowledge of jQuery/JavaScript with good understanding of event listeners and string manipulation
  • Understanding of web standards and web browser capabilities and ability to create cross-browser and cross-platform compliant elements.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Facebook and other social media integration
  • Good understanding of Content Management Systems
  • Familiarity with OS X and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of GIT, PHP, Sass, MySQL is a plus
  • General familiarity with web and eCommerce concepts a plus
